Part 6: I think it's better to just eat healthy on a regular basis, aswell as big variation in selection of food and you will get all the fats (omega 3, 6 and 9) proteins and carbohydrates your body need. If you want to take it a step further cut out bread and heavy carbs, replace them with lin and beans i.e. If not atleast go for less slices with more on them! This way you get less carbs and more proteins and fats!
People think it's hard to eat healthy but it's really not hard at all!
